Η απονομή, η πρόταση γάμου και τα φετινά ΕMMY

Η φετινή απονομή των αμερικάνικων τηλεοπτικών βραβείων Εmmy που διεξήχθησαν για 70η φορά στην ιστορία του θεσμού, έκτοςς από τις βραβεύσεις, τις διασημότητες και το κόκκινο χαλί, είχε και μια απρόσμενη πρόταση γάμου.

Ο λόγος για τον παραγωγό και σκηνοθέτη Glenn Weiss που κατά την βράβευσή του με το βραβείο καλύτερης σκηνοθεσίας για την φετινή τελετή των Oscars, αφού πρώτα αναφέρθηκε στην εκλιπούσα μητέρα του και το πόσο περήφανη θα ήταν για την βράβευση του συνεχίζοντας με συγκινητικά λόγια προς το πρόσωπο της, ζήτησε από τη σύντροφο του Jan Svendsen να ανέβει στην σκηνή και με τα παρακάτω λόγια της έκανε πρόταση γάμου. «Είσαι η ηλιαχτίδα μου, το κορίτσι μου, που δε θέλω πια να την αποκαλώ κορίτσι μου αλλά γυναίκα μου», αφήνοντάς την άφωνη. Η Svendsen με δάκρυα στα μάτια δέχτηκε την πρόταση του σκηνοθέτη, σε ένα φορτισμένο συγκινησιακά κλίμα.

Πρωταγωνιστής της βραδιάς το «Game of thrones» που απέσπασε 6 βραβεία ένα εκ των οποίων και της καλύτερης δραματικής σειράς. Το βραβείο του καλύτερου ηθοποιού δραματικής σειράς κατέκτησε ο Matthew Rhys για το «The Americans», το βραβείο καλύτερης ηθοποιού δραματικής σειράς απονεμηθεί στην πρωταγωνίστρια του «The Crown» Claire Foy, ενώ οι Peter Dinklage του «Game of Thrones» και η Thandie Newton του «Westworld» βραβεύτηκαν στις κατηγορίες της αντρικής και της γυναικείας Β’ Ερμηνείας σε δραματική σειρά.
